International Orders

At this time we will not accept any orders requiring shipment outside the United States. This is due to the enormous amounts of regulation on firearm parts and accessories for both exports from the U.S. and import in to many other nations.

Standard Shipping & Handling Charges:

Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of the order and the delivery address given. During checkout customers can choose their delivery carrier, we offer the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service as options. We do reserve the right to change carriers based on product restrictions.

We reserve the right to add additional shipping to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Contact us for a shipping quote if needed. All items are shipped insured for the invoice amount.

Special Orders & Backorders:

Special Orders and Backorders are normally processed within 30-45 days, however the situation may arise where it will take longer than expected. Special Orders cannot be cancelled or returned for refund, these items can be exchanged if defective.

Returns and Exchanges:

All items are described as accurately as possible, any item found to be unsatisfactory can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Products returned for exchange or refund must in new condition, original packaging, and include all registration cards, packing materials, and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the original invoice date. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on books, videos or software once the original packaging has been opened. We do not accept returns on Sale Items, Special Order Products, and Gunsmithing Tools. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the invoiced price and may be charged or deducted from the credit or refund on all returns.

All items are shipped insured; the shipping carrier will refund any damage to items during shipping.
